In 2002, Pastor Michael received the call to pioneer a work in the city of Kissimmee, Florida. That work has developed into the powerful multi-cultural representation of the Body of Christ that is now known as Kingdom Life International Church where Dr. Michael A. Phillips and his wife, Dr. Samantha Phillips are the Senior Pastors.
